Oracle log files cost too much disk space

OS:Windowns XP
Oracle version:10g
Problem:The Oracle is running out of the disk space.
These two log files are growing too large:http-web-access.log and em-application.log
1.http-web-accesses.log
Find the file under install directory \product\10.2.0\db_1\oc4j\j2ee\OC4J_DBConsole_ComputerName\config\http-web-site.xml
Modify the configuration to a new log file.
And then delete the http-web-access.log file.
2.em-application.log
Stop the Oracle service,delete it,and then create a new one.
